Aaron showed up early to the appointment and was very thorough in his online report and our in person walkthrough and recommendations at the end of the inspection. We appreciated the transparency and honesty. Very easy booking process online. Would recommend and use again

Aaron is an amazing human being! He is professional and compassionate about what he does.
He not only knows the right way things should be built or installed but he also knows how shouldn’t be which makes him so good at what he does. Lots of people can look at something and tell you it’s incorrect but when you have a professional like Aaron tell you why it won’t work how it’s built or installed then you have a rebuttal to go back to the other party. Trust him and trust his work because he’s no joke.

Amazing service! Prompt, punctual and his efforts are above and beyond. Once he is done with the inspection you get a link with everything displayed in a manner that makes it easily digestible for people not super inclined in home issues and repair procedures with pictures included. Cannot state how much I appreciate Aaron and Vigilant. The business name is highly suiting!

Aaron and the Vigilante Inspection crew were thorough and precise with the inspection of our church building. He pointed out the things we would need to fix for safety issues and provided insight into getting them fixed. He is knowledgeable and caring enough to explain the reason behind the requirements as well. Not only did he provide peace of mind through sharing what could be fixed, but his report shared the items which were done well. The inspection was excellent and the report is an incredible resource as we move forward with using the building.
